- Proof CD
Contains low-resolution versions of every image you choose to keep. Coleman PhotoGraphix keeps an archive of your shoot for four years–during that time, you may order any image in a Retouched, Hi-Resolution version. - Online Proof Site
Online, sharable Proof Website through Reproductions. This site will help you share your session with friends, family, teachers and instructors, agents, and anyone else whose feedback can help in picking your final shots. - Session Booklet
Printed Session Booklet containing thumbnail images of your entire shoot. Plastic covered, spiral bound, and soft enough to carry in your backpack or purse, the Session Booklet is a great tool for impromptu sharing of images with agents, teachers, fellow actors, and anyone else who asks “What other shots do you have?”

It’s no secret that our economy is in trouble… everywhere you look, businesses are closing, people are losing their jobs, and the arts are suffering right along with the rest of America. As a result, Coleman PhotoGraphix is doing its share to make getting ahead affordable.
Actors have just as many bills to pay as anyone else (and in some cases more). So until the economy starts to turn around (and experts give us hope that will happen sometime this fall), all headshot rates (with the exception of the Actor Jumpstart) are reduced accordingly.

Actors are understandably wary about expensive photography packages… is it really worth it?
In order to help you see the difference a professional shoot can make, I am willing to shoot your session for only a $50 deposit.
If you are happy with the session, and wish to order retouched images from your shoot, pay only for the shots you end up using.

Actor’s Jumpstart – $350
The Actor’s Jumpstart is a 1 on 1 meeting with the photographer, a makeup artist (for women), an actor’s career coach, and a working casting director in advance of the shoot.
During this 45 minute session, you will discuss appropriate clothing choices for your type (bring clothing you intend to wear for the shoot), makeup decisions, hair-cut/styling, and the shots you need to have in your portfolio of images.
This is your opportunity to truly prepare for your headshot session (and the next two years of casting submissions) with the help and support of industry pros–they will remove the guesswork and get your career on track.
Any session can include the Actor’s Jumpstart as an add-on to the session package.

Retouching
- All headshots require at least minimal retouching before printing
- Exposure correction and color balancing are provided free of charge on all final images included with a session
- Retouching (fixing blemishes, stray hairs, dark circles under eyes, etc) is a separate fee assessed per image
- Minor retouching is included with all final images (blemish removal, dark circles, etc)
- Moderate retouching would be removing something like beard shadow, thinning arms, etc.
- Major retouching would be changing something like hair or shirt color, removing buttons and other distractions, etc.
- Most images require only minor retouching
Retouching, color balancing, and exposure compensation for most portrait images is available at $25 per image.
For more challenging retouching and photo fixes, an estimate can be provided in advance.

Hair & Make-Up – $160-$175
If you are a woman, and you have hair, you need someone to assist you with hair and makeup on your shoot. I can provide a qualified hair and makeup artist, or you may provide your own.
The hair and makeup artist will work with you to adjust your normal routine for a camera friendly look, and stays throughout the shoot to maintain, adjust, and enhance.
Men generally do not need this service, unless they have long hair or special circumstances.
The makeup artists I work with are highly qualified, professional makeup artists. Their rates vary depending upon the makeup artists we choose.
If you would like to shoot headshots with both straight and curly hair, the hair and makeup artist charges an additional $25 for the second hairstyle.
